THE PRODUCTION HOUSE OF THE SHATTA MOVEMENT FAMILY..... level1

Talking about the Shatta Movement Family in Ghana and beyond with Sly Shatta, The Throne(Juwaid and Cypha),  who were the founders of the family aimed to empower black ghetto youth in Ghana to develop themselves in order to suit in today's modern society.

This life style company the SMF  originated from SLY ENT which was founded by Sly Shatta in 2009. After Sly Shatta made contact with The Throne few years later, the company then became SHATTA MOVEMENT which had its studios at Fadama in Accra.  It was at that juncture that Bandana was introduced to the family as an Artiste.


His role in the family was to sing and record songs portraying the values and principles and lifestyle of the Shatta Movement. The Shatta Movement rose to the main stream of Gh showbiz only for the glory to be cut short by Bandana Wale "selling-out" on the family.

After almost 3 years of silence, the original family which started the  "Shatta Movement" brand rises from the odds with the Shatta Movement Family. According to them, "This is the family which started the Shatta Movement in Ghana and beyond.  With a production house in Accra (Dome-Pillar2), called the SHATTA CITY which has an in-house recording studio, there are more talented ghetto youth from all walks of life developing their talents at where they call the "Talent Factory". You will be surprised to know that the Shatta Movement Family is all over the world. Family members around the world are pushing daily the agenda of the SMF thus empowering every black ghetto youth to self development to fit into today's modern society. South Africa, United States Of America, Germany, France, Amsterdam, Belgium and London are other parts of the world where the SMF can be located. (Sly Shatta, Nino Banks, The Game, Sparta, Steven Banks & Ash Lala) are key members of the family who are currently outside of Ghana.

A lot more to learn about the Shatta Movement Family but for now, let go back to the production house "THE SHATTA CITY". The house is full of talents.  With newly signed senior artiste FIELD MARSHALL  who comes from the Legon University gardens and junior artiste VYBRANT FAYA who comes from Ashaiman, the quality of dancehall music produced from the SHATTA CITY can't be compared to any in Ghana. Besides the  two dancehall artistes, the SMF has in the SHATTA CITY  models, DJ, stylist, dancers, writers, footballers, painters and business men who together form a formidable team to reckon with.

The best part of the news is the The Throne's love for dancehall and their quest to always live the dancehall lifestyle and always keep the dancehall culture through the SMF has gone further to transform the production house with graffities of Vybz Kartel of the Gaza and Mavado of the Gully Side to show their love and appreciation towards the contribution those two men has made to modern dancehall music. Graffities was made by Nashanti, a member of the SMF.

Other personalities in the SHATTA CITY are the Shatta Queen (Julia Carter),the baddest stunt driver in Gh (Shatta Storm), the Swag King (JM, Junior) the Stylist (Young "n" Baddest 2014), the IT Manager (Eli Believer), top model (Stupus), DJ (Exwealer), Publicist (Nanayaw18.com), and many others.

The production house is been managed by Star-mi-J. Shout outs to Don Crosses, Coma-Hova, Bazee Murphy, Jangl Man, I-wayne Walker, Staff, Kobby Agyeman and Big Solo. You guys really got the SMF at heart.
